Voluntary participation is a must during the course of psychological counseling. A person may start receiving services and end it whenever one wishes.

Psychological counseling period is handled in complete confidentiality.  All the information that is revealed by the client is protected and cannot be shared with the third parties unless permission is granted by the client.  However, in case harm may be in question to the client him/herself or another person, the client will be informed beforehand and the necessary people are contacted.  (You may view our Confidentiality Policy.)

In case the client cannot be helped due to professional limitation or inadequacy, the client may be referred to another professional or institution.
